Enjoy Your Journey To Your Destination

As we come to the end of the week. I will like to leave you with some Fridayspiration! ( Friday- inspiration) many times we often get caught up into when, where and how of things, especially when it comes to us so desperately wanting to achieve our dreams in an instant. Yes, I can understand in wanting to accomplish your dreams because the passion is so strong and burning inside you, to make things happen; but we must enjoy the ride. 

We are going through this journey for a reason and I often like to think the bigger the challenge or challenges the bigger the destiny will be. We are going through this journey for a reason and it is taking awhile for you to manifest your dreams for a reason. Much like a seed you have planted your desires to the universe and just like a flower you have to feed it and nourish it, with water and light. That’s what your journey is doing preparing you, nurturing and molding you into your desires. 

You don’t just plant a seed and then the next day you have a beautiful rose garden. It takes time for that to happen, no it doesn’t take forever, it just takes time. When you plant the seed that will become a flower, you don’t sit and wonder… Oh, no will  the flower bloom, oh, no did I water it right, did I plant it right? If you have a green thumb and your good at gardening, you plant the seed and do what’s necessary and let the flower bloom. You know a flower will come and therefore you don’t worry about the process.

That’s how we must be towards our dreams. Trust the process, know that all of your dreams will come true and just enjoy the journey to your destination!

You Can and You Will

Good Morning Betty Bosses!!!

Today I will you give you, your mid-week dosage of some wedspiration! In other words some Wednesday inspiration. So, it’s the middle of the week and whether your week thus far has been a challenging one, or a great one I still want you  to know that you can still accomplish any goals that you have set for yourself. Have you heard the saying that sometimes you are your own worst enemy? Do you know what that means? Sometimes we are the most critical critics in our own lives. 

We have to learn how to be our own cheerleaders, our own advocates. If by any chance you don’t have anyone in your life rooting for you, cheering you on telling you to keep your head up and keep going, you have to be that person for YOURSELF! You have to remove the negative self talk and instead say to yourself that you can do it and you will accomplish your goals.

Look in the mirror and say out loud I CAN DO THIS AND I WILL! You have to mean it when you say  it other wise it’s just dead words getting lost in space. The purpose of the Betty Boss is to encourage women and to support one another whether our family or close loved ones do it or not. If no one else is rooting for you, I am! If you have no one else that is telling you how smart and intelligent your are, how beautiful and inspiring you are, I am! You have me a complete stranger, that’s in your corner wishing you well.

Whether it’s a job interview, a presentation you have to make, asking your boss for a raise or a promotion. Whatever it is you are facing, I believe that you can do it and you will do it well. Because remember your a Betty Boss, you got this!

Hello World!

Welcome, to the very first post on The Betty Boss blog! The reason why I started The Betty Boss blog is because I am profoundly motivated and inspired by what I am seeing across my newsfeed on Instagram. I have come across the most inspiring women and also men pages that are really out their advocating to others how basically they can achieve their dreams and become the person they desire to become.

I mean it has been like an explosion of great posts that I have been exposed to and today I was so motivated that I decided to start a blog and get involved in the movement of encouraging others to reach for their fullest potential. As a woman, we either know first hand or have seen how down right degrading, mean and spiteful we can be to  one another and that needs to come to a stop! We need to uplift and encourage one another, support each other and be sisters.

I plan to use this blog as a platform to uplift, encourage and motivate women all over the world that you are beautiful, intelligent and brave enough to go out and accomplish anything that you put your mind to. I personally am not where I want to be in life, but you know what? I know it’s coming, I feel that it’s making its way to me . So I ask you to join me on this adventure and let’s uplift and inspire each  other all across the world and watch how powerful we can be!
